Data we collect and store
When an account is created for you in Eka, we store the following information securely on our servers:
- User name
- Email address
- Password (stored securely in hashed form)
- Language preferences
- Account status flags
We use this data for authentication, to provide access to services, and to personalize your app experience.
This information is kept strictly for the operation of the app and is never shared with third parties.
Eka does not use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
Data stored on your device
An account GUID is stored only on your mobile device after you sign in. It is used solely to deliver app notifications.
How to request account deletion
To delete your Eka account, email helpdesk@elkome.com with the subject Account deletion request – Eka and include the email address tied to your account.
What happens after deletion
- All personal data stored on our servers is permanently removed.
- The on-device account GUID is removed when you uninstall the app.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
